Once again, Barbara and I are pleased to offer some of our very bestheifers for your consideration. Through the years we have been able to puttogether a truly great female herd, and we take great joy in sharing their off-spring with other breeders.

Many of the heifers in this selection are from cattle not available any-where else. As always, at our sales we want to be able to offer friends, neigh-bors and fellow breeders the choice to make purchases that will continue tomake these new owners smile for years to come.

We are aware that there are many, many great cattle being produced allover this country, and what makes it exciting is to find that special animalwith different bloodlines to add to what you have, and hopefully produce abetter animal.

TERMS & CONDITIONSBidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve.

Bidding Disputes: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on suchmatters shall be final.

Terms: Terms of the sale are cash or check to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are to bemade payable to Marquess Arrow Ranch.

Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyerthereof, but possession cannot be obtained by him until payment is made.

Certificates: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser of each lot inthe sale, excluding calves at side.

Health: Individual state requirements should be considered by bidders before purchasing.

Breeding Guarantee: Breeder guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaserat the sale. All calves at side are given to the purchaser free and carry no guarantee.

Notice: The purchaser must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations madehereunder.

Pedigrees: The information on pedigrees of the animals announced has been furnished by the seller.

Announcements: All announcements made from the auction block shall take precedence over informa-tion printed in the sale catalog.

Liability: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Sale management and anyone con-nected with the sale assume no liability, legal, or otherwise, for any accidents that may occur.

Contract: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller ofeach animal sold. No cattle loaded up until after the sale. All cattle must be out by Sunday noon.

Buyer Responsibility: Prospective buyers or bidders at the sale should listen carefully to all announce-ments made from the auction block by the auctioneer, pedigree reader or seller on each animal that issold. Buyers should also acquaint themselves with terms concerning the breeding status, fertility andhealth papers on each animal sold. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of health regulationsfor transportation of animals into the state of their residence. By so doing, a buyer can save themselvesmany problems and also enable themselves to be a more competent and qualified buyer.
