Live Racing will begin after 12:00pm on at Clifford Park Racecourse on Melbourne Cup Day 2010

Groups can begin their function from 11:00am and must finish by 6:00pm

Guests may purchase their own beverages from the cash bars located closest to their reserved marquee

Corporate bar tabs may be arranged with a pre-approved wristband system

Children are permitted to attend under the strict supervision of a responsible adult

Payment Terms & Conditions

Private Marquee Packages - A $250 (inc GST) deposit is required upon booking, to secure your reservation. The remaining cost of your

booking is due 14 days prior to your function.

Grand Marquee Packages - Tickets must be paid in full upon booking to secure your reservation. More tickets can be added to

bookings (depending on availability) up until 10 days before.

Cancellation Policy If for any reason, this booking is cancelled by the customer the following conditions apply:

More than 10 days before the event – 50% cancellation fee applies. If the booking hasn’t been paid in full, the deposit will be lost.

If the booking is cancelled within 10 days of the event, the booking fee is non-refundable.
