Ukraine 2019

It’s time to build the Kingdom in the Ukraine. We are planning to plant 3 churches, buy a bus to start a ministry to handicapped children, and support our pastors in the 2 churches we planted last year. You are a critical part of this vital ministry. We need to raise $21,000 and have two teams go, one June 27 - July 5 and another in September. When you give, earmark the funds for “Ukraine” and if you want to join the team in June, register with Joe Faldowski now. The cost of the trip will be $2,000 - $2,500 per person. We will keep you updated on progress towards our goals in the weeks ahead. Together we can touch and transform our world.

Blood Drive

Living Word Church will honor the high school and college graduates on Sunday, June 9th, during the morning service. If you are graduating (or have graduated this year), please see Pastor Brennan for a graduate information form. You will also need to submit up to seven photos in-cluding a cap and gown photo. Forms and photos must be turned in no later than Sunday, June 2.

staff volunteer applications in as soon as possible. The cost of camp is $140. Some of our campers may need a little help paying for camp regis-tration this year, or need help with other affiliated expenses such as a canteen card (used to purchase snacks in between meals at camp), or money for fast food for the trip on the way there and back.. Father’s Day Bulletin

Father’s Day is just around the corner. We are making preparation for the 2019 Father’s Day Bulletin. Forms are now available at the front and office entrances. All proceeds from this project will go towards the Youth Camp Scholarship Fund. All entries must be turned in by Sunday evening, June 9th.

New Sunday Evening Class

Prescription for Healing: I Peter 2:24 tell us that Jesus bore our sins on the cross so that we could live unto righteousness and He bore stripes for our healing. We readily receive salvation by faith yet we struggle with healing for our bodies. Join us as we dig into the Word of God regarding healing for ourselves and those we pray for. All the answers we need are found in the Word of God. John 8:32 “You shall know the truth and the truth will set you free.” This class will be taught by Ron Elliott and Sylvia Crowder starting June 2 at 6 pm in room 304.
