Today we had the most interesting NutriBullet smoothie that really tasted not only good but had Rich feeling great all day! This video we are sharing is by world renowned health guru Markus Rothkranz and you will just be blown away when you watch it! Markus Rothkranz | Who Is Markus Rothkranz? This guy is an inspiration to me because he almost dies like 7 times and he basically was going through all these health issues and he was in his mid 20′s at the time. The way the story goes and you will see in the video that he went into the dessert butt naked and reached an epiphany to heal his body just from changing his diet and eating raw fruits and vegetables. This guy knows his stuff about eating healthy and just from the looks of his appearance he looks freaking amazing for his age in fact he doesn’t look like a guy in his 50′s but more younger in his 30′s. Today Rich and I tasted one of his recipes and WOW! we felt a difference and have both made the decision to start eating more like this compared to the shitty American Diet that causes cancer and diabetes and make us sick. The life you live is precious and that is way you are supposed to treat your body, just from watching Markus Rothkranz I am sure you now want to start juicing.
