This project, which is currently in prog-ress, solves the design of a bungalow house with elements of functionalism. The house should represent its client and at the same time it is a good place for relaxing. The house floor plan has a simple shape which is divided into two parts – an area for having a rest: a bedroom, studies...; and a social area: a living room, a winter garden, a gym... The proposed rooms respect client´s re-quirements. Their layout is simple with empha-sis on functionality and practicality. The win-dows which are designed in the south part of the building guarantee the heat profit in winter and they are shaded by exterior sun shading in summer. The house meets requirements for passive standard house with heat recovery.

The client´s requirement was a design of a detached house in a gap site in a village. The solution is non traditional approach of a typical village house. The floor plan of this house ex-tends space lengthwise. The street view of this proposal tries to harmonize with the surround-ings and reflects client´s needs as well. The house has a lengthways side en-trance. This house is divided into three parts – an entrance area, a living area and a bedroom area. When I was designing I had to take into consideration that the house is situated in a former building place with its fragment. The original excavation was used and in this place there was proposed a two-storey building ac-cessible from the terrain. The rest of the build-ing is single-storey.

I intended to design a pleasant place for sporting and relaxing activities. The area was designed to have functional character without strict division which means a visitor can make park complete in his or her own fantasy. It is possible to have fixed sitting area there and also to get some old chairs (for rent) and to sit anywhere in the park. The areas for walk-ing with a dog are designed separately to pre-vent the lawn for sporting and relaxing activi-ties from contamination therefore people can play, sit etc. there. The park revitalization will be achieved by a proposed cafe which will be situated in the crossing of frequent paths. The garages are designed under raised areas which means unsuitable capacity of parking place was solved. On the garages there are designed lockable semipublic areas with play-grounds and places suited for meetings. The locality is enriched with small de-tached houses which will bring new life and au-tomatic security. These houses are accessible from the park.

Řešené uzemí z pohledu funkčního

aktivního využití je nekvalitní. Probíhají v něm

pouze nezbytné venkovní aktivity, přitom by mělo

proti škodlivým splodinám aut a zároveň proti

únikům tepla. Ze zádveří vstupujeme do chodby,

kde je navrženo schodiště do 2.NP. Zde je umístěn

obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem, ložnice a

koupelna s wc.

First an analyses of the studied area was prepared. On the ground of this analyses a complex plan which solves a whole locality was created. The main target was to create an esthetic connection of the parts of Znojmo town – the town centre, a south part of the town and “Cow hill“. This connection needs more radical design which could help to eliminate problems of other localities. This design creates a riverbank which will become a part of the town structure. In a combination of the historical town essence, the valuable town part will be created. This part of the town is intended to become the main at-tractive destination for visitors and inhabitants. An unique and attractive atmosphere will be created by the connection of riverbanks and new rowboats way between the town cen-tre and famous wine cellars (Nový Šaldorf).

This study takes into consideration a cli-ent´s need which is to build a new apartment in the house. At the same time the study pres-ents a new point of view of proposed area. The solved area is situated in the historical part of Znojmo town My effort was to design new rooms with emphasis on privacy. The living room is sup-posed to be a central social area of the pro-posed apartment. It is possible to enter a pro-posed terrace, a bedroom and a kitchenette from this part of the house. It is also important to mention that the kitchenette replaces an old provisional kitchenette in the corridor. There are stores of seasonal and cleaning stuff, ac-cess to the studyroom, the children room, wc and the bathroom in the corridor. The bath-room got new look with putting emphasis on practicality.

My intention was to design an ideal shape which will naturally copy hilly terrain of wine-growing regions. The entrance portal does not interfere with the view of scenery and reacts sensitively to the surrounding greenery. The advantage of the entrance portal is the ability to adapt to any location. Although the wine cellar looks simple from exterior, the interior is comfortable. The degustation room is designed with luxury el-ements and its effort is to give an impression of „stopping the time“ and „being trapped in wine“... And that is the reason why I chose this topic of the international competition „The Disappearance of Architecture“.

Fast and Eco bathrooms are meant for temporary and permanent use as well. The ad-vantage is a possibility to connect them to a sewerage and water pipeline system. In this way it is a comfortable hygienic facility which is possible to use in outdoor swimming pools, festivals, beaches, camps etc., where we need to solve the hygienical problem fast and effec-tively. The use without technical connection is possible too but we have to connect special tank. It is possible to transport bathrooms to the final destination easily. The special folding system enables reduce the floor area. Which means that costs for transportation are smaller than similar current hygienic facilities.

Our main idea was to design ecological, low-cost, environmentally friendly, laid portable bathroom with wide use. Our bathroom can be situated almost every-where. It can be used as the mobile bathroom at music festivals or in the city, as same as mobile bathroom for people who just lost their home for example because of oods. Fot it’s light material and fast

It’s material recycled plastic allows a very cheap and in the same time light solution. A simple system of developing construction is essential for quick and easy installation. It also means thah it can be easy removed on the end of it’s service life.

In our huge world there are still places where people couldn’t aord a place for personal hygiene. Situa-tions when it’s necessary to quickly ensure the basic needs disasters victims. Or simply ensure normal daily require-ment for one-day events in the eld.At the same time, we realize, that we live in the world which we fullls every day with biger and biger amounds of plastic waste which will be with us in the future for thou-sands and thousands of years. So we created a way to turn problems with waste in a thing that will ensure needs where it's needed.

The internship in Vienna moved my working exerience forward. I could have tried many new technologies, different work atti-tudes, ways of making models, individual and also team work. I could also design the graphi-cal company presentation (business cards, ad-vertising banners, letter sets, maps etc.). In this architectural atelier the emphasis was put on difference so I tried to create a a new style of visualisations – comix style.
