3.0 Features 3.1. Customer Features

This Magento multi-vendor store extension lets customer do following things

➢ Shop by Seller: - Shop by seller means customer can approach to products in respect of seller. It will ease customer in the path of shopping. All listed seller name will display on home screen.

With the one click on desired seller Name, All products featured by them will be appeared on

screen.

➢ Shop by city: - customer can search product with geographical wise. City name will be appeared on home screen and product details will available in particular city which it belong.

➢ Vendor RMA: - Return merchandise authorization is a part of the process of returning a product in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period. All details of return of goods, refund, replace will be listed here, admin can view and edit in it. And admin can add new RMA.

➢ Multi-Vendor Marketplace supports RMA Lifecycle for any Magento Multi-Vendor Marketplace by

using Vendor RMA-Product Return Addon. Any customer can request RMA for the orders placed product wise by selecting any number or group of products in any completed order.

➢ The administrator can also generate the RMA of any product from his admin panel due to any cause

such as: If a customer complain from any other source like a customer service call, or a seller, manufacturer reports a defect in the delivered products and wishes to exchange the product, etc.

Whenever an RMA is requested by a Customer, a notification appears in the Admin Panel informing the administrator about the RMA request.

➢ Vendor Transection :- Occurred Payment transaction with vendor will be all listed here, and admin can check in detail of every transaction. Vendor can request to admin for payment after Completing order or invoice creation.

3.3 Vendor Features: Vendor is a person (or a company) who can sell his/her products at merchant's site. Vendor has to sign up first at merchant’s shop for selling his/her products

4) Manage Credit memo: - Credit Memo means refund of any order. Any vendor can create the Credit Memo of any product sold by him. Here the requirement is that he needs to install Vendor Order Add-on. If only Multi-Vendor Marketplace Basic (free) version is used then the credit memo can be generated by the admin only. Admin will create credit memo, after that vendor can get details of all credit Memo with this feature.

➢ Transaction:- 1) Request Payments 2) View transaction

1) Request payments: - For any vendor payment transaction is very crucial for their business. By this function vendor can get payment after requesting to admin, admin will take action on it and vendor will get payment. But it is necessary that order must be placed and invoice has created or completed order delivery. Digital board will also indicate total pending amounts and total requested amount.

Mass payment: - Vendor can request payment for multiple orders with this function

2) View transaction: - vendor will get transaction statistics in this feature.

➢ Vendor RMA: - vendor will get all RMA Information in here,

o For one vendor :-if the selected Product(s) in RMA belong to a particular vendor only, then as soon as an RMA is created a Notification is sent to the vendor informing about the RMA request and an RMA is added in his Vendor Panel. Now the vendor can see RMA related updates in his/her Vendor Panel.

o For Multi-Vendor:- If the Order placed has multiple vendors’ products, it is also possible that the customer will select the products of multiple vendors for RMA. In such a case, different RMA requests are generated in Magento. It depends on how many vendors’ products have been added to RMA.

➢ Reports:- Vendor can get two types of report 1) Order Report

2) Product report 1) Order Report: - Order report will indicate completed order number and Total sales, commission,

nets sales figures during the period. o Period wise: - Vendor has to select time period for obtain reports, can select Day, Month, year.

o Payment Status wise: - Vendor also can get report from status wise. All, Pending, paid, Cancelled

these are the status by which vendor can search it.

o Start date/End date: - Vendor has to select particular date to get the reports. It is the Mandatory field in this feature. Select Start date and End date

Show report will enable vendor to see all order reports.

2) Product report: - Vendor will get product reports with function. Reports will indicate name and the number of quantity sold during the period.

• PayPal: - if vendor operating PayPal account, vendor can add it in payment method after activation.
