Three Chapters of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin meet quarterly in locations convenient to members who build and work in three geographical areas: Hays County, Lakeway/Bee Cave and Williamson County. Luncheons feature key political figures or other topics of interest to members in that area.

EVENT Custom Builders/Remodelers Council MONTH Monthly AVG. ATTENDANCE 40-60

The Custom Builder & Remodeler Council luncheons provide a forum to discuss the specific needs and challenges faced by small volume custom builders and remodelers. CBRC luncheons are open to all member Custom Builders, Remodelers, Architects, and Design Consultants. All attendees must be current CBR Council members; membership dues are $50 for the first year and $125 annually.

TERMS & CONDITIONS1. PAYMENT AND TERMS. Half of the total amount owed for a Partnership / Promotional Sponsorship must be received on or before 30 days prior to the event. If the Partnership / Sponsorship is obtained within the 30 days prior to the event, the full payment is due upon signing. For All HBA Partnership / Sponsorships, remaining balance of amount owed must be received by the date of the event. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in loss of this and future value and promotional opportunities.

2. ELIGIBLE SPONSORS. Only Active HBA members are eligible to be sponsors of an HBA event. Only the company whose name appears on the face of this contract may be placed in print and pre-outlined sponsorship recognition opportunities.

3. CANCELLATION OF SPONSORSHIP. In the event that written notification of intent to cancel is received at least 30 days prior to the event/publication, all sums paid will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date unless the ad space or sponsorship is resold.

4. SPONSOR CONDUCT. The distribution of samples, souvenirs, and publications, etc. may be conducted by the sponsor only with written approval of HBA of Greater Austin.

5. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT AND OR INITIATIVE OUTLINED IN SPONSORSHIP CONTRACT. In the event an event is canceled, the sponsor will be given a full refund. If the event is postponed, the sponsor can cancel if written notification of intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to the new event/publication date; and all sums paid will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date unless the ad space or sponsorship is resold.
