• Went live in mid-June 2005
• All manufacturers have received copies of ‘Guide’
• Manufacturers have been ‘talked through’ the process and chased when questions are not answered
• System de-bugged in August – now cannot ‘submit’ answer unless ‘sub-category’ has been selected
• Now want to improve quality of answers to ensure that manufacturers and users are getting the most out of them.
