I AM CALLING AN EMERGENCY MEETINGTalk is cheap. Ranting and raving about what is wrong with America is a placebo—a sugar pill that does nothing about the disease that will soon—without a miracle—kill America. I am in the unshakable grip of a conviction that I must take drastic action… so I am calling for an emergency meeting.

Two irresistible forces collided and made my

decision to act for me. The fi rst force is the

momentum of our daily blog. Astoundingly, 1.5 million people have read the blog. The blog navigated into uncharted waters by being one of the fi rst national soul winning ministries to take aim against Obama, Islam and compromised Christianity without forsaking our call to signs, wonders, and soul winning.

These daily posts reach untold thousands a day and are religiously followed by a vast number of pastors and leaders.

Soon a core of people was calling for me to lead a national movement. I have steadfastly refused because I believed that there were other leaders far more qualifi ed than I.

However, the compelling message in a number of emails and letters convinced me that without action, I was doing more harm than good. I was helpless to answer how I could write about the problem and not do anything tangible to solve the problem.

The other irresistible factor was the supernatural

outbreak in Branson MO. The fi re still burns. The crowds still come. In Branson, the combination of a call to national repentance with signs and wonders ignited revival. The Branson Outbreak not only won souls and healed the sick, but it revolutionized pastors and leaders who came from thousands of miles to receive FRESH FIRE. In Branson, it became undeniable that we were to do something for the whole nation.

God has told me to call this emergency meeting. I am passing on that call to you. I am calling you to three days of drenching from Heaven.

Honestly, I dread most Christian conferences. The fl uff and fantasy fl avor of so many of them is disheartening. Too many of them deal in denial. Others teach spiritual warfare in mystical, unscriptural and impractical anecdotes. Too many worship “worship”—hours of repetitive droning that feels like New Age chanting. Still others deal in fear just to sell products.

I am not calling you to any of that. I am calling you

to three days of drenching from Heaven that will

transform you into an eff ective weapon. How

can our Living Proof World Convention possibly

deliver on such a promise? The answer lies in three powerful elements: PURITY, PRAYER AND POWER. You will be convicted but not condemned. You will receive joy unspeakable but not mindless emotion. You will gain direction but not manipulation. You will obtain encouragement that lasts, insight that works and power that overcomes evil. You will embrace reformation, not mindless information.

To achieve this lofty goal I summed up all the courage I had—and then some—to ask two men to join me for this emergency meeting.

You do not simply come away from his ministry transformed. You fi nd yourself falling madly in love with God and overfl owing with compassion to reach people.

No one lives intercession more passionately. No other person carries the authority to activate the Body of Christ in revival prayer like this mighty vessel of God.

Mario Murillo: I won’t talk about myself. I will tell you that the fi nal session of this emergency session will be a clear and undeniable demonstration of signs and wonders. Not only can I assure you that life threatening diseases will be healed but you will be prayed over to be overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit to stir up gifts of supernatural power in your ministry.

There is no registration fee for this event but you must register. We have room for only 2,000 people and already, without advertising, 500 people have registered. However, if you act in response to this message you will not be disappointed. I cannot overstate how important it is that you act now. And we have made it easy for you to hold your reservation for this convention.

I said in the very beginning of this message: TALK IS CHEAP! Take all of the anger you have toward Satan, all of the frustration you feel over the direction of Washington, and all of the love you feel for America and turn it into action. Be with me in Houston. Answer God’s Call to make America, once again, one nation under God.

Speaking of one nation under God… The Bible says in Proverbs 29:2, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.”

The groaning in America is loud, widespread and deeply felt. I am so overcome with grief for my nation.

We cannot wait until our eff orts seem feasible or even logical. In the worst time ever for soul winning, we must mount the biggest American outreach in our history.

Are we crazy? We cannot aff ord it, sleepy churches will not join us, and the hordes of hell will oppose it. We will preach a message that experts say Americans

do not want to hear, but God will prove them wrong with a great harvest.

Last month I wrote these words to you, “I received a challenge number from the Holy Spirit. At fi rst it may seem to be a lot of money but in the big picture is both reasonable and doable. I have been told to believe and ask for $250,000 to come in—in the next 120 days.

With this money we become a national weapon—we add critical talent that is already trained and proven loyal to our cause—and has been waiting to come on board. With your bold gift of love, we become that ministry that can take on the challenge of major cities and major arenas. We become a weapon to win

youth through the internet. We can leap from reaching thousands to reaching millions.”

Reaching millions instead of thousands is not an option—it is essential if we are going to make a diff erence in America. Already, our partners have stepped up in an amazing way and we are on our way to our goal of $250,000 within the next 120 days.

We are asking for gifts of $500 or more toward the quarter million challenge. If you give at least $500 we will inscribe your name or the name of someone you choose on our wall of honor. This wall of honor will grace the lobby of our world headquarters to be opened in Reno by the summer of 2017. I am asking the Holy Spirit to touch everyone who reads this letter. If ever you burned with a passion to undo the evil that has gripped our nation, then act on it now. Give me the weapons and ammunition I need to get the job done!
