In cooperation with the customer, Telaris has developed a complete web-based operating system customized for the boat industry. The system has digitized the entire workflow in the enterprise and replaced manual procedures for a more efficient order entry and processing. Digitalizing the processes has led to an increased over-view and efficiency, with potential for additional sales and improved earnings.
For Kristiansand Båt og Motor, it was crucial to have a system supplier that has its focus on flexibility and delivery. The system was implanted in the middle of high season (May 2015), without any down time.
