Linda Wagener has over 25 years of experience as a clinical psychologist specializing in family systems, organizational behavior and youth development. She has been interested in ourishing both professionally and personally throughout her career. Her understanding of human experience is informed by her expertise in life-span development and ecological systems theory as well as her experience of raising four children.

With over ten years of senior leadership experience, Linda brings a focus on enhanced relational communication, con ict identi -cation and resolution, and strength-based personality dynamics.

We utilize a proprietary Marigold Family DiagnosticTM tool, which gives us unique insight into areas affecting both your family and your business. We begin our assessment with two intensive half-day conversations with you. These allow us to know you and your interests broadly and deeply and provide a baseline assessment of the health of your particular family and business systems.

From this we will work together with you, and relevant family and business partners, to explore, frame and align your beliefs and passions with the mission and strategies for both the family and business. Before engaging the weighty matters involved in running a business, our modelencourages the family members to arrive at some agree-ment on their own desires and purposes in life.

Richard Beaton is a Canadian with a family-business background and extensive international experience. His interests include business ethics, organizational systems, governance and spirituality.

He has held management positions in family business, consumer banking, and the non-pro t world, and possesses an exceptional educational background. He has lived for pro-longed periods in Asia and Europe in addition to North America. This international exposure has heightened his ap-preciation for and sensitivity to the issues that surround glo-balization and the intersection of business and society.
