Hi my name is Margaret Lewis. I’m currently seeking a position as a restaurant supervisor/manager.

For the past five years I have been the sole proprietor for my catering business Caribbean J. I have been working with clients to provide foods, refreshments and related services for special events. Which consisted of calibration with clients and vendors. This have assisted me with a great deal of experience. In addition it has with the opportunity and education in the culinary field. With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I can apply a unique combination of skills to achieve positive outcomes when managing the challenges of this role.

Currently I have a culinary degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from the Art Institute of New York. Also a degree in Business Administration.

I have a formal international experience from Belize Central America. The Radisson Fort George as a pastry chef, second chef, kitchen assistant management, banqueting coordination. Informal catering experience to family and friends.

I’m a great communicator, listening skill, strong leadership, updated computer skill and is very detail oriented. I will continue to contribute to the culinary proficiency through my leadership, education, expertise, practices, and consultation. I am requesting your consideration of my letter for a position as kitchen supervisor or other position in your establishment. I believe these are assets that will contribute to your company.
