The guys brought relics from last year—4 necklaces, a king cake baby for luck, and 3 Cups to Go, Plus 7 shiny gold doubloons to throw from the balcony to the Mardi Gras crowds below.

The gals baked cookies using 4 cookie cutters that were 3 stars and a musical noteWhile the guys grabbed the star garland and purple ribbon to decorate their float.

After the cookies cooled, they were topped with 3 types of sprinkles in yellow, purple, and green.2 bells and 6 pompoms were added to a jester costume to go along with the theme.

The bewitching hour had arrived, and the krewe set off for some merry-making,Their camera in hand for some Kodak moment picture-taking.

They danced, sang, and partied in the streets, not returning to the condo ’til dawn,Where they shared Ibuprofen and an ice bag along with tales of their night between yawns.
