FINAL PERFORMANCES 2014

PLEASE JOIN US FOR THE FINAL PERFORMANCES OF THE 2014 JMU SUMMER BAND CAMPS!

Each camp will perform their concert program, routine, or show that they have been working on during the course of the week.

MARCHING BAND, DRUM MAJORS, DRUMLINE, & GUARD

1:00pm – Bridgeforth Stadium

Bridgeforth Stadium is located on West Campus, easily accessible by I-81. Parking is available in the parking deck adjacent to the stadium.

Please see campus map and directions on reverse.

Water, refreshments, and souvenirs will be available!

Please dress for the weather – we will perform outside rain or shine.

CAMP PICTURES will be available for order from Jolesch Photography – order forms will be available at both performance locations and on the SBC website.

CONCERT BAND

1:00pm – Forbes Center Concert Hall

Convenient event parking for the concert will be available in the Warsaw Parking Deck (see campus map) adjacent to the Forbes Center.

CAMP CHECK-OUT THE CHECK-OUT PROCESS WILL BEGIN AT YOUR ASSIGNED DORM

IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CAMP PERFORMANCES.

TO BRIDGEFORTH STADIUM

FROM I-81

1. Take EXIT 245 and head WEST on PORT REPUBLIC ROAD. 2. Take the first RIGHT onto BLUESTONE DRIVE (JMU Campus Entrance) 3. Follow Bluestone Drive to the first stop sign. You will see the stadium complex on your left. 4. Turn LEFT onto CHAMPIONS DRIVE and follow the road to the parking deck.

Note: To access the stadium, you will need to exit the parking deck and follow the SBC staff guides to the B-Gates where all participants and guests can enter.

TO THE FORBES CENTER CONCERT HALL FROM I-81

1. Take EXIT 245 and head WEST on PORT REPUBLIC ROAD. 2. At the 2nd signal light, you will turn RIGHT onto Main Street/Rte.11, but get into the left lane. 3. You will eventually see the Forbes Center on your left. 4. At the next signal light, turn LEFT onto WARSAW AVENUE. 5. Follow the road around to the entrance of the parking deck. 6. The main entrance to the Forbes Center will be on the first floor to the RIGHT of the adjacent

parking deck. SBC staff greeters will direct you once you reach the building.

AFTER PERFORMANCES – TO CHECK-OUT . . . Exit the parking deck and turn LEFT onto Bluestone Drive. Turn RIGHT at the first stop light onto CARRIER DRIVE. Follow Carrier Drive around to East Camps – the dorms will be on your right, parking Lot C-12 will be on your left.

AFTER PERFORMANCE – TO CHECK-OUT . . . Exit the Parking Deck and turn LEFT onto Main Street. Take the 2nd RIGHT (signal light) onto CANTRELL AVE. The entrance to C-4 parking lot and access to Hillside Dorm will be on the RIGHT at the bottom of the hill.
