“Mt. Fern” is our 40 foot climbing wall that will be open this March Break and available for ages 7 and up. Challenge your friend to a race to the top or see how far you can climb. Don’t forget to take a look around to see Fern from a different perspective!

The vertical playground is another extreme sport that will be open this March Break for ages 7 and up. It’s not how you climb, it’s what you’ll be using to climb —the vertical playground has plenty of obstacles before you reach the top.

Adult ActivitiesAs part of the March Break, kids 0–6 years can enjoy the fully supervised sign-in and sign-out Playvillage with programmed activities. Older kids will enjoy activities led by our dedicated sports directors each day.

The holiday season has a full activity program with sports directors leading the fun for all ages of kids and adults, including our fully supervised playvillage program for children 0–6yrs.

Jim Cronk has been wowing audiences at some of Ontario’s finest resort destinations. As a solo performer, Jim creates one-of-a-kind entertainment experiences. The fun continues after the Welcome Party with Jim.

Guests are wowed by this high energy and fun show which features talented performers going “head to head” on pianos. Dueling Pianos perform energetic, sing along classics for all ages. Their entertaining style of inter-acting with the audience has everyone singing, clapping and partying along.

The Infinite Fantasy Circus Family is based out of the greater Toronto area and performs a variety of “unforgettable circus acts” for audiences of all ages. They have been entertaining at Fern for 5 years and never cease to amaze. With balancing, contortion, fire eating and acrobatics—they have it all!

Jamie Williams has been performing professionally for over 25 years and has delighted crowds at Fern with his unique level of entertainment. A rock ’n roller at heart, Jamie challenges the boundaries of a one-man band by performing and recording all instrumental tracks to accompany his energetic and powerpacked live performances.

As a pickpocket magician, James borrows pens, watches, wallets, ties, and even beltsfrom willing (and unwilling)audience members. Before you can yell “thief”, James has returned the valuables to theirrightful owners, occasionally making them reappear in very unexpected places.

After over 22 years of performing everywhere from Club 54 to Yuk Yuks Comedy venues in Canada there are very few entertainers that can accommodate such a vast mixture of audiences like one of Canada’s top ventriloquists, Mark Crocker. Mark presents family shows and adult shows for corporate special events with no blue humour. Mark presents the art of ventriloquism with amazing skill, speed and clarity. He makes ventriloquism seem very real and always features a professional and entertaining show.

Speaking of Wildlife is a leader in native species education. Wekeep up to date with current issues surrounding wildlife withinthe province and our interpreters are renowned for their abilityto speak to the many varied faces of Ontario. We have programsdeveloped for any age/learning level, which are both enlighteningand entertaining. It is the integration of live-animal emissaries intoour programming and the interactive nature of our teaching thatreally impacts our audiences. Speaking of Wildlife has somethingfor everyone.

Blue Beaker has created a vast library of unique and thoughtprovoking programs. Their spectacular demonstrations, hands-on activities and real-world discussions allow the kids to learn about the world around us in a fun way; dare we say “Science”.
