Purpose of Women’s Encounter

To help women meet and/or grow in their relationship with Jesus

Encounter is an invitation to surrender completely to God.

In order to experience freedom, you must be willing to surrender

every area of your life to the Lord.

“Freedom from what?” you ask.

Freedom from habits, burdens, wrong thinking, bitterness, and past experiences that

hold you back.

Freedom to live the life God created you to live.

Can you imagine what that

would be like for you?

Three Phases of Women’s Encounter

Pre-Encounter Women who have attended

previous Encounters will share their experiences to help

prepare you for the weekend. Pre-Encounter is a big part of

making your experience a success.

The Weekend Worship, teaching, laughter and many moments of renewal with God. If you come with an open heart and flexible attitude, this

weekend could change your life and journey with God forever!

Post-Encounter The week following Encounter,

there will be four weekly follow up sessions. We all need support and connection to each other to keep growing in our relationship with

God. Dates, location and time will be announced during the Weekend

or upon return to the church.

Encounter Schedule Pre-Encounter:

Monday, March 23, 2020, 6:30 p.m., at launch point.

The Weekend:

Transportation will be provided from the church. More information

regarding transportation will be available after you register.

Check-in:

Friday, March 27, 2020, 5:45 p.m., at Wheat State Camp.

Return:

Sunday, March 29, 2020. You can expect to be

finished around 4:30 p.m.

What to Bring • Bible & pen/pencil • Flashlight • Comfortable shoes • Casual & modest clothing • Pillow(s) • Sleeping bag or twin-size bedding • Bath towel • Personal toiletries • Cash for apparel and/or offering
