Target
A big thankyou to target for contributing to the well being of our
children.
On Monday 21st March the Pakenham Hills chess team took
part in a competition against Upper Beaconsfield Primary. The
team were Samara Evans, Jordan Little, Kenneth Gibb, Ryan
Philp, Tyler Brauer, Jayden Vela and Kanje Kemp. After playing
off against the Upper Beaconsfield team only Jayden and Kanje
remained undefeated; they played off against each other in
the final with Kanje emerging victorious. Well done to the
whole team!
Notes from Sick Bay
Just a few reminders
I would like to remind parents just how important it is to provide the school with up to date phone numbers. When a child is feeling unwell or injured we need to be able to contact parents as quickly as possible. Some students become quite distressed if we cannot contact anyone and they have to remain in sick bay. It is a very long day for them, especially if they are unwell. Please do not send your child to school if they are unwell. The best place for them is at home.
I would also like to remind parents that any forms regarding their child’s health and or medication should be returned to the school promptly. This would be greatly appreciated as it assists me to manage your child’s individual needs.
We are a nut and citrus free school
You must send written authorization with any medication that is required during school hours. Prepared forms are available at the front office or on the schools website NO medications other than asthma puffers are permitted in the child’s school bag in class.
Have a lovely break look forward to seeing you all in term 2.
Thankyou

STAR STUDENTS
Sports importance
As of next term can students please have drink bottles
for sports It is important for children to stay hydrated
when playing sports, it also saves time and students
then don’t have to go outside to drinking taps.
