Teen Art Expression Wednesday, March 6 • 6:30-8pmWe are creating a piece of art on canvas using a tutorial. We are making a Dandelion painting using cotton swabs. You can add your own ideas or follow the sample. Open to all 6th graders and up.
Living with Loss • Wednesday, March 13 • 6:30-8pmBereavement group for those who lost their person to cancer. We use art, games and activities to facilitate our discussions. A separate group for parents/guardians coincides. Contact Christina to sign up.
Artist Trading Cards Wednesday, March 20 • 6:30-8pmArtist Trading Cards are small works of art on trading size paper. You design your own cards and then exchange with friends. Create your small creations to trade with friends. Open to all ages.
Youth Activities Committee Wednesday, March 27 • 6:30-8pmA great opportunity to give back to CSCGP and to get some volunteer hours in for school. This is open to all tweens and teens who are members or volunteers. Sign up by noon each day. We will be working on projects for our upcoming groups and events.

Choosing WellnessWe are looking for a group of folks in need of support making conscious choices towards their overall mental and physical wellness survivorship journey. This series will be made up of 6 sessions focusing on different topics such as exercise and nutrition, support networks and setting goals. Each session will include a group discussion and an activity to put what you learned into practice. We are encouraging you sign up with a friend, to help you on this wellness journey! Reaching Beyond: OT Healthy Living Series Tuesdays, March 12, March 26 & April 9 • 1:30-2:30pmThis one hour class is designed to show the importance of being active and reaching beyond your current potential. Using a holistic approach, occupational therapy students from the University of Sciences will provide a different activity each week. Activities will include movement through dance and exercise, exploring your creativity through crafts and writing and embracing healthy life style choices (such as sleep hygiene and healthy cooking). This series will run from January 29 through February 26, March 12 and March 26 through April 9. We encourage you to sign up for as many of these sessions as possible to get the full range of benefits from the program, but you can pick and choose as well.
