Each year chapters from our Ambassadors and Citizens organizations are encouraged to partner on projects throughout the state. This enables
both organizations to increase the amount of support and service hours provided to charities in our communities.

You will find time to visit with fellow retirees, explore the island, enjoy fun nightly programs, play horseshoes and bingo, or just spend your days relaxing and visiting the Ellie Room! 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar3/4 stick (6 Tbsp.) melted margarineCombine the above ingredients and blend until smooth. Press into a buttered 9x13 pan.
1/2 cup margarine1/4 cup cocoa1 cup brown sugar1/4 cup milk1 cup powdered sugarBring the above margarine and cocoa to a boil. Add the brown sugar and milk. Stir in the powdered sugar. Pour over the peanut butter mixture immediately. Refrigerate several hours. Cut into squares.

1 box lemon cake mix1/2 cup butter/margarine1 egg at room temperature
1 box powdered sugar (save a little to sprinkle on top later)8 oz. softened cream cheese2 eggs2 tsp. lemon extractMix cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Press into bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients together for 5 minutes. Pour over cake mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool. Cut into small squares and sprinkle with leftover powdered sugar.
