These artists join the recently announced performers including Don Omar, Gerardo Ortiz, Michel Telo, La Arrolladora Banda el Limon de Rene and Carlos Vives who will be taking the stage on the April 25 Telemundo live broadcast from the Bank United Center at the University of Miami in Florida at 7 p.m./6c. The nationally televised event can be accessed through Billboard and Telemundo social media platforms. Grammy-winning Anthony, who has been honored with numerous prizes including the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Chair's Lifetime Achievement Award, has placed seven No. 1s on both Billboard's Top Latin Albums and Hot Latin Songs charts and an impressive 21 No. 1s on Tropical Airplay. Yankee, best known for his trailblazing work in reggaeton, has become a global brand with a constantly expanding business in music, film and product ventures. His album Barrio Finoreached No. 1 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart. The Puerto Rican- born entertainer is a Billboard Latin Music Awards five-time finalist this year. Tapia, one of the most recognized artists in regional Mexican music, was recently announced as a coach for Telemundo's upcoming singing competition show "La Voz Kids." He'll be coaching along with pop singer Paulina Rubio and crossover bachata star Prince Royce. Tapia got his first No. 1 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart and Regional Mexican Albums chart with the album El Muchacho. He's also a finalist at the 2013 Billboard Latin Music Awards for regional Mexican albums artist of the year, solo. Singer/songwriter Romeo Santos, also known as the "King of Bachata," has become a leading name in Latin music as a solo artist after departing from the tropical/pop group Aventura. He recently tied Enrique Iglesias' record for the most No. 1s on Billboard's Latin Airplay chart from one album with Formula Vol. 1. Santos is a 12-time finalist with several albums and songs including "Promise" featuring Usher. Carlos Vives, Don Omar, Gerardo Ortiz to Perform at Billboard Latin Music Awards Urban/tropical/pop singer Tito El Bambino is also scheduled to perform at the awards show. His collaboration with Anthony on the “¿Por Qué Les Mientes?” remained on top of the Billboard Tropical songs chart for four consecutive weeks.
