Columbanus is pleased to present the Training Course "Quality Customer Service" on 3rd June 2008 at the Ho-tel Avenida. The Course will run from 08.30 to 17.00 and will be presented by Ricardo Carvalho.

This Course is designed for anyone in your ogranisation who has contact with your present and potential fu-ture clients. These present and potential future clients will form an impression about your organisation as soon as they walk into your reception area and when they meet anyone who represents your organisation. The Course will provide useful tips on how to improve Customer Service and will cover telephone manner, e-mail etiquette, effective communication,communication barriers, posture and many other aspects of providing qual-ity Customer Service.
