The highest OFETs mobilities have been reported for vacuum-deposited crystalline films or single-crystals of low-molecular weight species and in particular pentacene-based transistors have received special attention [Meng 2003] The main drawback of pentacene is very low solubility in organic solvents and it is not suitable for low-cost integrated circuit technology.
