Limited Lifetime Warranty(Applies to all Fender brand musical instruments*)

FMIC warrants this instrument to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser, subject to the limita-tions set forth herein. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when this instrument is purchased from an authorized Fender dealer, and requiresthe purchaser to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (original sales receipt with the instrument serial number and his/her name indicated as the purchaser,thereon) at the time service is requested.

Electronic components, tuning machines, and case hardware are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

Repair service of defects covered by this warranty can be performed only at a Fender authorized warranty service center, as designated by FMIC. Remedies beyondnormal service repair of any Fender instrument require both an evaluation of the defect and a direct recommendation from a Fender authorized service center foralternative considerations. A network of authorized service centers is available for warranty service. Your Fender dealer may also be authorized for warranty serviceand should be the first point of contact when service of any kind is required for your Fender guitar. All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs on Fender guitars are the responsi-bility of the purchaser, as is any service initiated for the purpose of customizing adjustments beyond factory specifications. Initial standard setup and adjustment ofthe instrument and its components at the time of purchase are considered normal dealer preparation.

Limitations and exclusionsThe following items are not covered by this warranty:1. Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument including jacks, controls and switches, worn frets, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguard, saddles and nuts,etc. 2. Defects in finishes, or cracks, splitting, or warpage of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids,other chemicals or non-Fender supplied polishes. 3. Instruments which have been serviced by unauthorized persons (any person other than Fender authorized servicecenters and technicians holding a certificate of warranty service authorization for the period during which the work was performed). 4. Any instrument whose serialnumber is missing, or has been altered or tampered with in any fashion. 5. Any instrument purchased from anyone other than an authorized Fender dealer.6. Strings and batteries. 7. Case and case hardware wear and tear. 8. All other defects and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents,neglect, abuse, or acts of Nature.

FMIC assumes no liability for property damage resulting from failure of this product nor any loss of income, satisfaction, or damages arising from the loss of use ofsame due to defects or availability of same during service.

Any warranties implied by law (including warranties of merchantability or fitness) are limited to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do notallow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations ofincidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may alsohave other rights which vary from state to state.

*Applicable in the US and Canada only. Warranties outside these countries are as defined by the authorized Fender Distributor for your country or region, and mayvary from the above in terms and/or length. All FMIC instruments are set up at our factory with Fender strings. We cannot guarantee top performance of yourinstrument if strings other than Fender are used.

FMIC warrants that the Fender product you have purchased shall be free of any defects in parts and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, except that light bulbs, vacuum tubes and meters are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from

the date of purchase, and speakers are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty shall run to the original purchaser when purchased from an Authorized Fender Dealer and any transferee of a retail purchaser. IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN YOUR SALES RECEIPT AS IT IS

YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE COVERING YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY. IF YOU WANT TO TRANSFER THE WARRANTY TO ASUBSEQUENT PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT, YOU MUST ENDORSE THE SALES RECEIPT TO SUCH SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT SUCH A SALES RECEIPT.

Defective parts presented during the applicable warranty period with proof of purchase will be repaired or replaced without charge if the complete product is returned to any Authorized Fender Electronics Service Center. Any repair or service performed by any person or entity other than an

Authorized Fender Electronics Service Center is not covered by this limited warranty. Transportation costs are not included in this limited warranty.

This limited warranty becomes void if the serial number on any product is defaced or removed, or the product has been damaged by alteration, misuse, rental, accident or neglect: or the product has been repaired or serviced by persons not authorized by Fender. THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES

THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY FENDER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALLOTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Any implied warranties, including without limitations, any implied warranties of merchantability

or fitness for any particular purpose, imposed under state law are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Limited Lifetime Warranty(Applies to all Fender and Rodriguez brand musical instruments*.)

FMIC warrants this instrument to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser,subject to the limitations set forth herein. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when this instrument is purchased from anauthorized Fender dealer, and requires the purchaser to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (original sales receipt with the instrumentserial number and his/her name indicated as the purchaser, thereon) at the time service is requested.

Electronic components, tuning machines, and case hardware are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Repair ser-vice of defects covered by this warranty can be performed only at a Fender authorized warranty service center, as designated by FMIC. Remediesbeyond normal service repair of any Fender instrument require both an evaluation of the defect and a direct recommendation from a Fender autho-rized service center for alternative considerations. A network of authorized service centers is available for warranty service. Your Fender dealermay also be authorized for warranty service and should be the first point of contact when service of any kind is required for your Fender guitar.

All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs on Fender guitars are the responsibility of the pur-chaser, as is any service initiated for the purpose of customizing adjustments beyond factory specifications. Initial standard setup and adjustmentof the instrument and its components at the time of purchase are considered normal dealer preparation.

Limitations and ExclusionsThe following items are not covered by this warranty:• Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument including jacks, controls and switches, worn frets, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguards, saddles and nuts, etc.• Defects in finishes, or cracks, splitting, or warpage of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to sun, fire, moisture,

body salts and acids, other chemicals or non-Fender supplied polishes.• Instruments which have been serviced by unauthorized persons (any person other than Fender authorized service centers and technicians holding a certificate of warranty service authorization for the period during which the work was performed).• Any instrument whose serial number is missing, or has been altered or tampered with in any fashion.• Any instrument purchased from anyone other than an authorized Fender dealer.• Strings and batteries.• Case and case hardware wear and tear.• All other defects and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or acts of Nature.

FMIC assumes no liability for property damage resulting from failure of this product nor any loss of income, satisfaction, or damages arising fromthe loss of use of same due to defects or availability of same during service. Any warranties implied by law (including warranties of mer-chantability or fitness) are limited to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an impliedwarranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequen-tial damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also haveother rights which vary from state to state.
