Specially designed U1951 type seal used for diaphragm elastomer to normal pressure machine like a mercerizing

machine & pretreatment machine (Benninger -Make) for used different type of caustic & acidic media. In one

machine required two pairs of diaphragm seals to fit opposite side of machine.

Metal Bellow Seal

The "LE-CON designed various types of "metal bellow" seals for high temperature moderate pressure applications

pumps. Like chemical, petrochemical and refinery process unit, this seals are independence of direction of rotation

and suitable for process services requiring corrosion resistance.

Edge welded Metal bellow seals are constructed by series of diaphragm together to form a bellow unit. The bellow

unit eliminates the need of springs and provides flexibility to the seal in addition compensates for seal face wear.

This seal is available in two types of elastomer rubber o ring & grafoil to be use in extreme temperature conditions.

The concept is for stock realization, Easy of instillation with strength. Provides firm grip on the rotating element.

Reactors, this seal have a two types of fitment top entry and bottom entry & fitment is out side of equipment to

save atmosphere to media fumes and also save products quality to mixing another liquid.

This seal is assembled in our workshop and dynamically tested, this seal are required lubricant and quenching

system, for better performance and also require Thermosiphon system to maintained temperature & pressure

inside of seal quenching & jacketing liquid, the bearing is supports to drive smoothly and protect the seal face to

loads of other equipment parts.

Thermosiphon & Cyclon Separator

This system thermosiphon vessel connects and

balances the pressure with agitated kettle, which is

the main elements of mechanical seal circulation

protection system together with mechanical seal.

Cyclon SeparatorCyclone Separator is used for separating solid particles from the liquid. Clean

liquid (about 80%) is sent to seal chamber and solid particles with very little

liquid (about 20%) is sent back to suction of the pump.

Operating Limits :

Density of solid particles has to be more

than liquid.

Maximum solid content > 10% by weight

Max. viscosity of liquid - 20 centistokes.

Pressure differential desired - 2 to 8.5 bar.

Thermosiphon

The vessel is used for the storage, pressure maintenance and cooling of buffer fluid in cartridge mechanical seal.

Through the pressure implement, inputting the nitrogen or compressed air into balance vessel, making the pressure

0.05-0.1 MPA higher than that inside medium and insuring the normal operation of cartridge mechanical seal.

The standard prescribed agitated device-mechanical seal circulation protection system and it's methods, functions,

procedures, preferred principals and technical provision. For the agitated device the applicable design pressure is -

0.1-16 MPA and the temperature is -20°c~+300°c The mechanical seal of agitated shaft, processing the function of

lubrication, temperature control, voltage regulation. The working mode can be classified forced circulation and heat

convection circulation, and mainly composed by storage tank, pressure vessel, circulation pump, valve and control

instrument.
