The use of high quality granulated pigments allows us to obtain an even colour tone with a high colour intensity.

The colour pigments we use aregenerally iron oxides, which guarantee the colours are resistant to UV rays and the weather. In addition, these pigments are completelyharmless to the environment. The colour lasts for years.

LISTOMAT® es un listón lineal, con estilo y versátil. Un producto perfecto para construir suelos y paredes estables y duraderas.Está concebido y diseñado para encajar en cualquier ambiente al aire libre para mejorarlo y darle exclusividad.

El sistema de construcción del pavimento con listones LISTOMAT® es una solución ideal para caminos de exterior, jardines, rampas, terrazas, piscinas, áreas de playa y marítimas, como embarcaderos y muelles… También se puede instalar como fachada exterior de edificios industriales y residenciales, centros comerciales, etc.

Si exploramos técnicas que se utilizan con la piedra o la madera aplacada (revestimientos de madera), el LISTOMAT® ofrece una gran versatilidad y facilidad de instalación.

1. A modo de pavimento podemos instalarlo de forma mecánica (con cuñas de acero y tornillos) sobre rastreles de aluminio encima de un pavimento existente, siempre que esté en buenas condiciones y con las pendientes adecuadas.

2,3. De forma mecánica también podemos instalarlo sobre soportes fijos o regulables y así crear un pavimento flotante.

4. Cuando el terreno existente es un suelo irregular de jardín debemos antes que nada nivelar y estabilizar el terreno para instalar el LISTOMAT® encolado sobre los rastreles de aluminio.

5. La aplicación del LISTOMAT® en paredes verticales se realiza sobre perfiles metálicos y ganchos de fijación sobre muros de hormigón o de ladrillo.

LISTOMAT® provides linear, versatile and stylish decking and cladding. The perfect product for building long-lasting and stable floors and walls.Devised and designed to fit any outdoor environment, improve any space and give it a more exclusive feel.

The way the LISTOMAT® paving system is built provides the ideal solution for outdoor paths, gardens, ramps, terraces, swimming pools, beach areas and seaside locationslike jetties and docks. It can also be installed as exterior cladding on industrial and residential buildings, shopping centres, and more.

In comparison to techniques used for stone or wood panelling, LISTOMAT® offers great versatility and easy installation.

1. As a paving option it can be installed mechanically (with steel wedges and screws) on aluminium purlins above existing flooring, provided that the supportsare in good condition and havethe right slope.

2.3. It can also be installedmechanically on fixed or adjustablesupports or paving pedestals to create floating paving.

4. When the base terrain is an uneven garden surface, it will first need to be levelled and stabilised before LISTOMAT® can be installed on aluminium purlins.

5. When LISTOMAT® is used on vertical walls, it should be installed on metal profiles and fixing hooks on concrete or brick walls.

Esta aplicación es adecuada sobre losetas, hormigón o una lámina aislante.En el caso de instalación sobre lámina impermeabilizante se recomienda utilizar un protector para evitar punzonamientos que puedan dañar la membrana y para obtener una pendiente adecuada que evite la acumulación de agua.This application is suitable for tiles, concrete or insulating sheets.If installed on waterproofing sheets, we recommended using protection to avoid punctures that may damage the membrane, and to create a suitable slope to prevent water from pooling.

Materiales necesarios: Rastreles de aluminio, tornillos autoperforables, cuñas de acero inoxidable.Materials required: Aluminium purlins, self-drilling screws, stainless steel wedges.

Paso 1Posicionar los rastreles de aluminio con un espaciado máximo de 50 cm entre ellos.Step 1Position the aluminium purlins at a maximum spacing of 50 cm apart.

RECOMENDACIONES DE INSTALACIÓN

Es aconsejable que los extremos de los listones siempre apoyen sobre un soporte. En los casos en los que no sea posible, el voladizo máximo aconsejado es de 5 cm.De cara a permitir desplazamientos estructurales, el espacio en el lado corto de la pieza debe estar comprendido entre 2 y 3 mm (ver figura 1).La instalación de LISTOMAT® debe seruno de los últimos pasos en la obra, a fin de evitar inconvenientes (rascados, astillas u otros daños) debidos a la manipulación incorrecta de herramientas y equipos pesados.Una vez efectuada la instalación se recomienda la limpieza del pavimento para asegurar el mejor resultado estético del producto.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INSTALLATION

We recommend ensuring that both ends of the decking always rest on a support. When this is not possible, the maximum recommended overhang is 5 cm.In order to allow for structural movements, the space on the shortside of the decking must be between 2 and 3 mm (see figure 1).Installing LISTOMAT® must be one of the last steps in the construction project, in order to avoid damage (scratches, splinters or similar) due to improperly handled tools or heavy equipment.After installation, make sure to clean the paving so that the product has the best possible finish.

Se recomienda una limpieza correcta después de la instalación para realzar la estética del suelo y/o pared.Instrucciones de limpieza: Limpia tu suelo de LISTOMAT®con los detergentes específicos que se indican en la tabla de la página siguiente:- Limpiador T concentrado.- Limpiador Plus Intensivo.- Limpiador R-Algas.

Advertencias: Antes de usar cualquier tratamiento de limpieza en toda la superficie, es aconsejable probar el producto en una área limitada de la superficie y siempre siguiendo las instrucciones de la hoja técnica del productor. No es recomendable realizar procesos de limpieza cuando la temperatura es demasiado elevada.

Se deben evitar superficies oscuras que se calienten y almacenen calor, y en su lugar se deben utilizar superficies claras.Para determinar el índice de reflectancia solar es necesario medir dos magnitudes, la reflectancia solar y la emisividad. La certificación de edificios sostenibles LEED está dividida en créditos que abarcan diferentes aspectos de los edificios: eficiencia energética, uso de energías alternativas, eficiencia del consumo de agua y selección de materiales, entre otros. Entre ellos está el crédito ”efecto isla de calor” cuyo objetivo es reducir las islas de calor para minimizar el impacto en los microclimas y los hábitats humanos y silvestres. Las islas de calor se definen como las diferencias de gradiente térmico entre áreas. Para minimizar el efecto isla de calor, una de las opciones es utilizar acabados con un valor mínimo de SRI inicial. ( SRI 33).

The certification for sustainable LEED buildings is divided into credits that cover different building properties: energy efficiency, use of alternative energy, water consumption efficiency and choice of materials, among others.
