Generate New Password for SMASH Portal

(For Foundation Pass Student wishing to register for Executive

Programme)

Step 1:

1. In order to retrieve password, type www.icsi.edu in any recommended

browser (IE 9, Mozilla 38.0 & above, Chrome 39.0), then click on “Online

Services”.

2. Below Screen will be shown: Now, click on link “Click here to retrieve

password (For Foundation Pass Students)”

3. Below screen will appear. Enter Foundation Registration number as user id.

After entering verification code shown in image, click on “Submit” button.

Step 2: Enter all registered detail (during foundation programme) in

below screen, and click on “Submit” button.

Note: All Details should match with actual information provided during foundation

registration.

Step 3: OTP (One time password) will be sent on your registered mobile

number and email id. Enter one time password received on registered

email id and mobile number.

Step 4: Create new password while keeping in mind all instructions

shown on below screen.

If you want to update your Mobile Number and Email address

Step 1:

1. In order to Register, type www.icsi.edu in any recommended browser, then

click on “Online Services”.

2. Now, click on link “Foundation/Executive Registration” as per below screen.

3. Below Screen will appear; Use your Foundation Registration Number as

“User Name”; Use password, created during process 1 (using forgot

password).

Note: Your Foundation Registration number will be treated as user id , even if you have

registered for executive programme.

4. After log in , click as shown in below images:

Step 2: Update Mobile Number and/or Email Address

Update your mobile number and/or email address and click on “Save” button.

If you want to update your correspondence/permanent address

Step 1: Log in to SMASH Portal using valid credentials. Then click on

Profile menu. Now click on Change Address Link as shown below.

Note: Same process needs to be done for changing permanent address

Process to Register for Executive Programme

Step 1:

1. In order to register for Executive programme, type www.icsi.edu in any

recommended browser, and then click on “Online Services”.

2. Now, click on link “Foundation/Executive Registration” as per below screen.

3. Below Screen will appear; Use your Foundation Registration Number as “User

Name”; Use password, created during process 1 (using forgot password).

Step 2: After making selections (optional) for subscription to CS Journals, click on

“Proceed to payment gateway” button on screen.

Step 4: Please Note Request Id and Transaction Id for future reference

Step 5: On Successful Payment, You will be registered in Executive Programme and

same will be intimated through email/sms on registered email id/mobile number.

Note: Foundation Registration number will be used as user id for login in SMASH

portal.

Step 1:

4. In order to Register for “Executive Programme”, type www.icsi.edu in any

recommended browser (IE 9, Mozilla 38.0 & above, Chrome 39.0), then click on

“Online Services”.

5. Now, click on link “Executive Student Login (Registered From 23rd Sep 2016)” as

per below screen.

6. Below Screen will appear; Use your Foundation Registration Number as

“User Name” and “Password” respectively.

7. After log in , Student can download his/her own ID Card & Registration
