1. CompetethePre-ArrivalFormonline.(MakesureflightplansandallinformationisCOMPLETE.Wewillnotrespondtoformsthatareincomplete)

2. Onceyouhavesubmittedthepre-arrivalform,ISSSwillrespondwithin24hourswithaUNIQUE,LyftCodewhichcanbeusedtowardyourridefromtheairport.(SeeStep3).

2. SetDropoffLocationTap'Setdestination'toconfirmwhereyou’regoing.Addtheaddressofyourdestinationhere.

3. Tap“RequestLyft’torequestaride.

4. Relevantinformationwillappearonthescreen.

STEP4:Gotothepick-uplocation

1. GotoleveloneoftheAirportbyusingtheescalatororelevator.

2. FollowthesignsguidingyoutotheGroundTransportationLevel(Level1).

3. LookfortheRidesharingsigns(That’swherethedriverwillarrive).

4. Onceyou’vearrivedtheareawaitforyourdrivertocome.

5. Lookoutforthenumberandcarmodel,beforeyousitinthecarpleasemakesuretoconfirmthenamewiththedriver.

STEP5:DuringtheLyftRide

1. TheLyftdriverwilltakeyoutoyourintendedresidencefromtheNashvilleairport.

2. TheLYFTPROMOwillonlycoverupto$30ofyourride.

3. Ifyourdestinationcostsmorethanthe$30,you(thestudent)areresponsibleforpayingthedifference.
