(i) in case of any r:hange in the ultimate beneficial ownership or change in the beneficial ownersh ip or shareholding of the company(Lessee), which could impact on the control and / or impiy a change in management of the company, and / or in case of any change in the purpose of the lease agreement the lessor shall have the right to cancel the lease or revise the term of t~t; lease agreement Including an increase in rent; and

4. The attention of the company is drawn to the fact that Government shall not accept liability fo r any cost whatsoever incurred by the company in respect of any survey, design and other works being related to the project and in case the project does not materia lize .
5. I should be grateful if you could let this Ministry know. in writing , within a period of one month as from the date of thiS letter whether vou are agreeable to the above. In the affirmative. kindly arrange for the payment of the cash deposit mentioned at paragraph 3(a) above '.vlthin the S2~e one .... :ontt: period
6, In ca se you Fail to effect payment of the cash deposit and submit the prelimina ry development plans within the prescribed delay, it will be assumed that your- company is no longer interested in the project and the offer of the reservation will automatically lapse.

Please refer to thi s Ministry's letter dated of 28 October 2010 regarding the reservation in favour of 'Mansfield Land Promoters and Holdings Limited' of a plot of State Land of an extent of 5 Arpents over part of Pas Geometriques, Union Ribet, Anse La Raie for a touri sm-related development project consisting imer alia, of the construction of 4 types of villas, a spa and a club house and 10 ),our letter dated 30 May 2012 for an extension of the de lay till December 2012 for the subm ission of the EIA License and other documents.
2. I am to infoml you that approval has been obtained as follows:
(i) Government has decided to excise a portion of State Land of about 555m2 as shown marked XY on annexed plan from the plot reserved in favour of . Mansfield Land Promoters and Holdings Limited' to be used as an access (4.50m) wide for the President's Bungalow and "Mansfield Land Promoters and Holdings Limited' would be compensated by the inclusion of a similar exten t of land as shown hatched green on the annexed plan excised from portion B reserved in favour of' Longchamps Investment Limited'; and
(ii) to grant a final delay up to 31 December 20 12 to ' Mansfield Land Promoters and Holdings Limited' to comply with the letter of reservation i.e submission of the EIA License and other documents on the amended site of an extent of 21.IOSm' (5AOO) .

1. In view of the presence of two wetlands in the vicinity of the site. necessary clearance from fhe Ramsar Committee of Ministry of Agro Industry and Food Secunty shall be obtained in the first Instance.
2. The proposed project is a scheduled undertaking under item 19 of Part B of the Fifth Schedule of the Environment Protection Act 2002, as amended in 2008, namely "Hotel Integrated Resort Scheme, including extension, with first boundary within 1 K of high water mark" and warrants an EIA licence. The EIA report has to be submitted in 18 copies and 2 soft copies to the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development and shall be in accordance with the EIA GUideline for Proposed Coastal Hotel Project. A copy of the guideline is enclosed for ease of reference.

Please refer to your letter and request made at our Customer Service Centre of Goodlands on 13 March 2012 regarding the above-mentioned subject.
The Central Electricity Board (CEB) can supply the required power load of 350 kVA for your proposed t.JurisrTi-retated development subject to the fOUJNit1g:
1) An extension of the existing CEB high voltage network would be required; 2) A transformer of capacity 500kVA should be inslalled: 3) Provisions should be made for a transformer room.
In order to provide you with a cost estimate for the above works, a non-refundable proceSSing fee amounting to Rs13, 000.00 is applicable.
Should you be agreeable to effect the aforementioned payment. kindly contact the CEB Customer Service Centre for the claim to be raised on your contract account.
