gate and the world begins to open up to you with a fruit tree

lined driveway.

Looking towards the front of the home you’ll notice a

simply adorned entry.

A quick look around will reveal nearly 3 acres of

gently rolling turf dotted with numerous hardwood, fruit and evergreen trees.

If this weren’t enough just wait till the flowers

planted along the front porch pop up in full

bloom.

handle a king it offers an oversized closet and of course the ever present wood laminate floors.

Bath # 2Jump into your

own private shower

equipped with a seat and enjoy

the warm soothing spray

as it washes away the night.

Bath # 3Of course the private bath in bedroom 2 wouldn’t be private if there wasn’t a fully equipped tub/shower bath just across the hall for the others to use. It

comes complete with it’s own towel and accessory closet plus there is a large storage closet just down the hall for all that “other” stuff. A vinyl floor makes

water spills easy to clean up.

Back Porch & Yard

Exiting out the sunroom’s sliding door, you can join your friends and family on the back porch or wonder into the yard to check

on the burgers cooking away on the grill.

The backyard is home to a variety of trees,

plants and flowers that offer a landscape that mimics the garden of

Eden. Enjoy a stroll through the woods and enjoy the solitude that only a

forest can provide.

Animal PenIn the event you enjoy the smaller animals or relish

being even more self-sufficient there is a set of

pens just behind the equipment barn that

could house many different small animals or

pets.

Cost SaverIncluded in the purchase is a 1,000 gallon propane

tank. This empowers you to negotiate and buy your propane from any

of the available distributors which

normally save you a bundle compared to a

distributor owned tank.

Parking AreaWalking back to the main house one will notice the

expanse of the main parking area between the equipment

barn and the garage.

The DrivewaySloped so as to keep the rain out

of the garage it features a drainage grate with an 8” sub-

surface pipe which takes the rain far away from your home. All of

the downspouts are likewise plugged into a sub-surface

drainage system that takes the water far away from your home.

Puppy PenAnd in the event you’d like to bring a puppy or two with you there is

already a puppy pen just outside the side garage

door.

Facing the woods the back porch not only offers an exceptional view of the forest, plenty of

sitting space and access into the living room.

The GarageExpansion of the laundry room

sacrificed a part of the 2 car garage so that it now holds 1 full

sized car and 1 subcompact. Depending on how big the

second car is, the space may be better used for storage plus

there is additional storage over the garage accessed via a set of

pull down stairs.

DepartureYou won’t help but notice the

expanse of well manicured grass in front. This is typical of the level of

care the entire estate has received . Stop and let your eyes

feast for a while before rolling through the automated front gate.

As you drive down the road gaze back and picture yourself riding a

horse or driving your tractor around the front.

B

And on your way out, about a mile to the north is Indian Creek. If you get a chance, drop your line in and

take home some dinner.
