wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or private party, our Chef andprofessional staff are ready to serve your culinary needs.
Banquet InformationWelcome to Manhattan Country Club! Our spacious, full service clubhouse is the perfectchoice for your business meeting, wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, holiday party,luncheon or dinner party. Our friendly, courteous staff specializes in organizing all types offunctions and is capable of designing an event to match any style and budget. With indoorseating for 250+ in our ballrooms and additional seating in our formal dining roomoverlooking the city, we are pleased to offer you first-rate accommodations with our fineamenities. Other banquet facilities include the Pineview Room with views of our golf courseand a Boardroom that can comfortably seat parties or business meetings of 20. Member SponsorA non-member must have a member sponsor to have access to any club facilities. Themember-sponsor is not required to be in attendance, but must co-sign the event contract inany instance they will not be present. Non-payment of a member sponsor event will becomethe responsibility of the member sponsor(s) signing the contract.
Food & Beverage MinimumsBreakfast and lunch (prior to 2pm) require a minimum spending of $10 per person (notinclusive of service charge and tax) for all functions or room charges will apply.Assuming the minimum (non-inclusive) is met, there are no room charges for members.For dinner, (after 2pm), the food minimum is $15/person. If not met, each banquetroom has a rental charge of $150. The entire ballroom has a charge of $500. For non-member weddings, a $1,000 room fee is required to secure the room. The rental fee willnot apply to food and beverage charges. Depending on the set-up required, additionalcharges may apply. The entire club cannot be booked without the approval of the Boardof Directors, must be 60 days prior to event and requires a minimum of 300 people.

Guarantee & CancellationsThe club is not responsible for lost, stolen or property left on premises.
A room rental fee and a signed contract is due one week prior to event for all sponsored non-member events. There is not a room rental fee for member events as long as they meet thefood and beverage minimums. The room rental fee for non-member events will guarantee therequested date for the event. A preliminary head count must be given when booking a room.Final menu selections and second headcount must be submitted two weeks prior to eachevent to insure the availability of desire menu items. Final head count is due 72 hours prior tothe event. This number is the minimum number that your event will be charged. If we do notreceive a final count we will charge according to your preliminary count.
The final bill is based on the final count given by the host will be due on the day of your event.We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Prepayment installments arewelcome as long as total payment is received within two days of the billing. Any incidentals oradditional charges that occur on the date of the event will be due upon completion of theevent.
PricesAll food and beverage prices are subject to a 20 percent service charge and applicablesales tax. All proposed prices are subject to change and should only be used as aguideline of cost.

Decorations & LinensManhattan Country Club’s standard tablecloth linen colors are ivory, white and black. Alllinen is included in the banquet fees, however specialty colored napkins will be anadditional $0.30/person and must be requested two weeks prior to event.
To avoid damage to the facility, we do not allow taping, tacking, or the attachment of anywritten material to walls or doors. Our Food and Beverage Director must approve alldecorations prior to the event. You may decorate for your event the day of pendingapproval from the Food and Beverage Director except in the event of other scheduledclub functions at which point two hours prior to the event the facility may be decorated.
If you would like MCC to do your centerpieces, we are happy to accommodate you. Therewill be a fee per table, depending on decorations desired.
Food & Beverage GuidelinesAll food and beverage consumed on site must be purchased through Manhattan Country Clubwith exception of “themed” desserts such as wedding cakes, birthday cakes, nuts and mints.This includes alcoholic beverages. Due to health regulations, leftovers from banquets may notleave the premises.
A la Carte menu service is only available to groups of 20 or less. For more than 20, areservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance for proper staffing and a menu willneed to be set. A minimum of 20 people is required for buffets. When selecting a set menu, upto three entrees can be offered.
The club is closed on Sunday evenings after 5 pm and Mondays. A minimum requirement of$1,500 (not inclusive of tax and service charge) for food service is required to open the clubfor service at these times.
Bar & Liquor OptionsCash BarGuests pay for their own beverages. There is no additional charge to the host of theevent. This is an attractive option if there are only a few guests that prefer a drink.
Limited Open BarThe Limited Open Bar includes Budlight draft beer, bottled beer and house wines(Chardonnay, White Zinfandel and Cabernet).
Deluxe Open BarThis includes unlimited domestic and import beer, wine and soft drinks as well as railliquor selections (Vodka, Gin, Rum, Whiskey, Bourbon, Scotch, Tequila).
Premium Open BarThis bar option can be referred to as the “Top Shelf” selection and includes premiumliquor selections.
