One of the problems that the company faces is negativity in the workplace.
Prevention: The company prevents it by coming up with long term solutions rather than “band aid” solutions
Preparation: The company makes employees ready by always reminding everyone to follow and abide by the company operating philosophy.

One of the solutions the company plans to do to overcome and survive problems is to prepare employees for whatever challenges they may face. This is by training them not to be too complacent with their work done because anytime something wrong may happen.
