How many credits/units do I need to do? Award in Management & Leadership you must successfully complete at least one unit to a minimum of 6 credits to achieve this qualifica4on.

Cer4ficate in Management & Leadership you must successfully complete any combina4on of units to to a minimum of 13 credits to achieve this qualifica4on. Diploma in Management & Leadership you must successfully complete any combina4on units to a minimum of 38 credits to achieve this qualifica4on. Extended Diploma in Management & Leadership you must successfully complete all core units (Group A), the unit from Group B and three from Group C to a total of at least 62 credits to achieve this qualifica4on. The next page shows the breakdown of units to study.

How will I get assessed? •  Your assessment will be through prac4cal work-‐

based assignments, which ensures minimum 4me away from work and that you undertake study which is relevant to your own organisa4on.

•  We have a team of experienced, dedicated online Tutors to help you successfully complete all the assessments.

•  Following registra4on, you will be allocated a UK-‐based tutor. They will be available by telephone and email, via your Course Manager, to discuss your coursework and give advice and guidance on assignments.

How long does the course take?

•  The full Diploma can take from 9 to 15 months depending on how much 4me you spend studying each week.

•  Individual short Awards can be done in as lihle as 6 weeks.

•  You will have some flexibility in changing the calendar for example you may work more hours in one week to allow you to accommodate for work, family or holiday commitments in the future.
