    Esta sesin se concentra en el uso de la teora de juegos, pensamiento

    Daylian Cain joined the Yale School of Management after serving as Harvards Russell Sage Fellow of Behavioral Economics. Professor Cain is a top-rated professor in Yales Executive Education program and recently won Yale MBA Elective Teacher of the Year and a national Master Teacher awards for his teaching.

    His research combines behavioral economics and moral psychology in an effort to determine how people make decisions. He is especially interested in decisions about pro-social behavior and how people fail to live up to their own standards, e.g., smart people doing dumb things, good people doing bad things.

    Cain is a leading expert on conflicts of interest.     El xito en el mbito del Derecho, as como en los negocios, depende

    en gran parte de las habilidades de negociar. Es importante hacer

    argumentos basados en principios en lugar de argumentos basados

    en emociones. El profesor Cain har un resumen de los principios

    bsicos de la negociacin, en basa a la experiencia de los participantes

    para conceptualizar y preparar una negociacin correctamente.

    Hablar sobre tcnicas para hacer intercambios mutuamente

    eficientes, cundo hacer la primera oferta, lo agresivo que debe ser

    y cmo aplicar la agresin amistosa. Adems, los participantes

    explorarn las mejores opciones que utilizar cuando se tiene el poder

    Esta sesin incluir un taller prctico para que los participantes

    puedan negociar entre ellos, practicando varias estrategias y tcticas

    de negociacin, seguidas de retroalimentacin inmediata y coaching

    Ones success in law, as in business, depends a great deal on the

    ability to negotiate. It is critical to make principle-based, rather

    than emotions-based arguments. Professor Cain will review

    negotiation basics, building upon participants experience to

    correctly conceptualize and prepare for a negotiation. He will discuss

    techniques for making mutually efficient tradeoffs, when to make

    the first offer, how aggressive it should be and how to exert friendly

    aggression. Participants will also explore the best options to use

    when you have power and when/how to find sources of power

    when your power is lacking.

    This session will include a practical workshop in order for participants

    to negotiate against each other, practicing various negotiation

    strategies and tactics, followed by immediate feedback and coaching

    from the professor. Professor Cain will close the session with

    advanced strategies for creating value in negotiations.
