The result of semen analysis is very fluctuative. It depends many things such as fatique, level of sex stimulation, behaviour, method, time and place of ejaculation.

Principally, a doctor should know that a semen analysis could give a feature about the real condition of sexual life of a spouse whether this relation could realize a pregnancy or not.

In order to decide whether a man has normal result of semen analysis or not, it needs two times of semen analysis within one month.
