• B46 is Brooklyn’s busiest bus route (38,000 daily riders)

• Connects Bed-Stuy to + 30 bus routes

• Upgraded to Select Bus Service in 2016• B46 SBS upgraded to articulated buses

in January 2020

• Annual Targets include:• Install 10-15 miles of new

bus lanes

• Improve 5 miles of existing bus lanes

• 24 priority projects in 2019, plus 24 in 2020, to increase bus speeds across all 5 boroughs
