Profile
Introduction
Petro Services is an operator of Offshore Supply Vessels focusing on
the West African market with an ambition of entering other markets in the
near future. We offer International Oil Companies, Offshore Supply Vessels
(Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels, Platform Supply Vessels, Fast Support
Intervention Vessels, Accommodation Barges and Crew Boats). Petro
Services is not an owner of vessels but a local partner to a number of large
shipping companies. Petro Services offers Operational and Technical
Management for Supply Vessels. We provide ship owners the ease and
assurance of placing their vessels in West Africa without the necessity of
implementing a local branch.
Our aim is to fill the gap between an owner that is not present in Africa
and Oil Companies. Our business model has been focused on providing a
fully integrated in-country logistic support to maximise the synergy and the
services to the Oil Companies. We assist with all daily operations of the
vessels and all services are provided in house. Petro Services undertakes
all local responsibilities (contracts, taxes, licences, local crew, logistics,
clearances, visa’s, spare parts, jetty bookings, travels, customs, imports,
local purchases…). In the countries we operate, we have teams available
on a 24/7 basis to respond to any requests from our clients.
We currently render our services in Congo-Brazzaville, Cameroon,
Gabon, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria and Mozambique. By 2017 we aim at
having a presence in Equatorial Guinea, Ivory Coast and Tanzania as well as
introduce our services in the Middle East..
High HSE awareness, client satisfaction, supplier satisfaction and employee
satisfaction is the continuous commitment we wish to achieve.
Our target is the success of our clients.
Our aim is to fill the gap between an
owner that is not present in Africa
and Oil Companies.

Company Presence
With Offices in Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Angola, Ghana & Mozambique Petro Services has been increasing it’s presence on the African soil. Optimizing the efficiency of managing vessels in Africa can only be done through a strong presence within the country of operations and Petro Services did exactly this. Each country having it’s particularities; the understanding of each country we operate has been key. We have relied on a strong national workforce to guide us in the correct direction.
Petro Services intends to further develop its presence throughout the African continent. By 2016 Petro Services will aim at reactivating past companies in Cameroon as well as establish a new presence in Ivory Coast, Tanzania and Kenya. As of 2016 The Nigerian entity of Petro Services was fully local content compliant.

With Africa having a yearly economic growth of over 5% the world can feel the African Pulse and Petro Services will focus on developing it’s presence throughout the African continent.
Petro Services core business revolves around it’s chartering
department. Within our targeted countries it is our goal to
participate in the maximum of tenders and offer our clients
vessels suited to their operations.
In order to maximise the company’s growth, Petro Services
decided to propose it’s clientele a diversified fleet. A
diversified fleet allows Petro Services to offer clients a
turnkey solution when they seek a vessel.
To date Petro Services has had on contract vessels ranging
from:
Platform Supply Vessels (PSV)
Anchor Handling Tug & Supply Vessels (AHTS)
Multi Purpose Supply Vessels (MPSV)

Tugs
Fast Support & Intervention Vessels (FSIV)
Crew Boats.
With vessels in operations throughout the East and West
African coast Petro Services has spread it’s geographical risk.
Petro Services has been working closely with vessel owners to
reposition modern vessels on the African continent. The fleet

Petro Services aims at having a diversified fleet
allowing the company to offer a maximum of
solutions to his clients
In order to minimise the loss of time and have a complete
control of our operated vessels, Petro Services took
the decision of rendering all the services related to the
support of the vessels internally. Although this brings a much
higher OPEX of our on-shore staff it also allows operational
efficiency and 100% control of the support to the various
vessels. Although we do not have an SMS in place it is our
responsibility to ensure that each owners SMS is applied at a
satisfactory level. Our responsibility as the local operator also
means the monitoring and auditing of each vessel we operate.
Although the Chartering department is the backbone of Petro
Services and the company’s core business, it is the Operations
department that ensures both the Shipowners and the Oil
Companies a successful contract. 8

Petro Craft’s
EVASAN 30 Knots Speed 28 Passengers Fuel Efficient Low Noise
Petro Services is solely owner of crew boats as this segment of
the OSV market is not a conflict of interest with the
shipowners Petro Services works with. In 2011 Petro Services
acquired 6 vessels to enter the personnel transportation
market and took two further under management in 2014. Our
current vessels specialise in inter-field transportation.
We are a strong believer of this segment within the OSV market
and will maximise our efforts in increasing our market share.
Petro Services is aiming at increasing it’s market position in this
segment and as such will be entering a newbuilding program
increasing it’s total fleet to 20 units by 2017.
Current Fleet:
- Petro Craft 1605 series: 6 units
- Petro Craft 2005 series: 2 units
