who we areCedar Valley Hospice is a not-for-profit agency with office locations in Waterloo, Grundy Center,

Independence and Waverly. We provide services to those with a life-threatening or life-limiting illness, in their

home, in a nursing or assisted living facility, hospital or at our Hospice Home. Services are offered to anyone

regardless of age, diagnosis or ability to pay. We also provide other services to the community including grief

support for adults and children, palliative care and medical case management to those living with HIV or AIDS.
