A change for the better. The new Gates Exchange website features an online process for accumulating, tracking and redeeming Gates-branded product UPCs for merchandise and professional grade tools.

In addition to providing participants in the program greater ease-of-use, the new site will serve as a direct connection to new product information and the Gates online catalog -- NaviGates.

Gates Exchange also provides incentives for professional service technicians who educate and recommend Gates products to their customers. Prevent comebacks by providing a complete repair for your customer and earn more points.

The new rewards program features some of your past favorites as well as new merchandise that is sure to be a hit.

Here is how Gates Exchange works:

1. Purchase Gates products/parts.

2. Save the package UPCs (staple Total System Maintenance UPCs together).

3. Print and fill out the contact form and place it in a box with the UPCs.

4. Send the box to:

5. When the box is received your reward points will be added to your online account, and you will receive an email confirmation with your account balance.

6. Bank your points and when you are ready to shop online, select your merchandise and place your order.

7. Wait by the mailbox for your rewards merchandise to arrive!

What should you save to earn points?

Look for the package UPC – that’s what we need.
