make teach validate @lift conference 2016, geneva
DESCRIPTION
The presentation I held in February 2016 at LIFT Conference, Geneva within the masterclass "Design, Tinkering and Open Technologies: when Maker Culture flips education on its head". Make, Teach and Validate aims to picture the contemporary virtuous system in which now Design, Technology and Education are playing together thanks to maker culture. And how education works in order to produce validated learning for iterative design of open source prototypes of devices created by makers and creative practitioners.TRANSCRIPT

What is the real meaning of education?
Si tu veux construire un bateau, ne rassemble pas des hommes pour aller chercher du bois, préparer des outils, repartir les taches, alléger le travail, mais enseigne aux gens la nostalgie de l’infini de la mer.”
