MAKE LITTLE PEOPLE-PUPPETS FROM OLD SOCKS AND RICEAN ENJOYABLE WAY TO RECYCLE

THINGS WE NEED

•One or two old socks (a white and a colourful one)

•A pair of scissors

• 2 plastic bands

•Plastic eyes

•Plastic buttons

•A packet of rice (we can use rice that is not good to eat it anymore)

•A marker for the mouth or eyebrows

•Liquid glue

HOW WE MAKE THE LITTLE PUPPETS

STEP 1

We throw the rice inside the sock …

…up to the middle in order to form the body.

STEP 2

When the sock is half full …

….we tie it with a plastic band or a string.

STEP 3…and we tie it with

another plastic band.

We fill again with rice to make the head ..

STEP 4

We cut the colourfulsock or another white…

… to make a scarf and the cap.

STEP 5We stick plastic eyes and buttons, draw a mouth and eyebrows if we want.

Your new happy friend is ready to take him or her with you at home.
