- The increasing growth of the Internet, socialnetworking (Facebook) and business website information sources will provide an opportunity for us to attract customers. This is particularly so in view of the increasing dissemination of information over the World Wide Web, as individuals and groups look at obtaining the best deal possible. More often than not these individuals and groups seek out information over the Internet due to its relatively low cost and ease of use helping to minimize time. However this will require adequate planning so as to ensure that all information on the website is accurate and up-to-date, ensuring we market a professional image. This will mainly serve foreign tourists and other interested stakeholders.

- This are increasingly becoming important as more firms are already establishes in the country and hence the need to be known. We aim to promote ourselves through attending trade shows and expositions. Not only will these increase awareness of our services and business name, but also enable us to interact with potential clients who may decide to utilize our services.

- This will be used but only to a limited extent in the form of telemarketing and informing potential customers and obtaining referrals where possible. In the case of telemarketing it will involve our targeting potential customers of our services and informing them of our existence and destinations. We may then arrange for an appointment with the respective decision-maker, to lure them into utilizing our services.

- Due to the introductory nature of our services we intend to implement a competitor’s based pricing strategy which will ensure that potential customers are not frightened away by our prices, up until our services are appreciated and fully operational. Our pricing is based on our competitor’s pricing. Makarios Travel and Tours will attempt to maintain margins of 10% on all airline travel. Margins on all other products and services vary depending upon the provider but are expected to average 20%. We will make every effort to maintain a competitive pricing policy. However, as we build its reputation as the premier provider of tour travel, we expect to earn the ability to charge a premium for the services.stakeholders.

- For the short term at least, the selling process will depend on personal selling/networking and advertising to lure and inform potential customers about the services we offer and the benefits of utilizing our services. We can provide clients with all of the arrangements they suggest and compromise and try to meet their expectations. Our concern is not to maximize profits on any individual sale but to satisfy the customer. Doing so will reduce costs and increase profits in the long run.

Tour Coordinator Coordinate, supervise, and implement every aspects of travel arrangements for staff, executive and production team. And ensure to confirm availability plus convey itinerary to respective travel for approval.

Tour Consultant Specializes in coordinating and booking travel arrangements for individual, group and businesses. Promoting and recommending various travel destinations. Book flights, hotel rooms and arrange other plans for client.

Flight Reservation Make and confirm reservations for transportations or lodging, or sell transportation tickets. May check baggage and direct passengers to designated concourse, pier, or track; deliver tickets, contact individuals and groups to inform them of package tours; or provide tourist with travel or transportation information.

Financial Manager Manage and supervise the functional and administrative duties and responsibilities of the accounts department. Functions as an advisor/ consultant and keeps accurate business transactions in ledgers and ensures the team records them on financial statement monthly, quarterly and yearly. Lead and grow the team while controlling cost and improving productivity.
