MAJOR SPORTING VENUES

FEES AND CHARGES

Peak times:• Monday to Thursday between

5pm and 9.30pm.

• Friday between 5pm and 11pm.

• Saturday between 12pm and 11pm.

• All day Sunday and public holidays.

Off peak times:• Monday to Thursday between 6am and

5pm and between 9.30pm and 11pm.

• Friday between 6am and 5pm.

• Saturdays between 6am and 12pm.

The fees shown in the register of fees and charges represent the full commercial rate for the hire of courts at each venue. The discounts below are applied to court hire only and not to fixed or per day hire costs, for example meeting room hire.

On acceptance of the required booking documentation the standard fee has the following discount applied in accordance with the group type of the hiring entity:

GROUP TYPE ONE:commercial / business entity

no discount applied.

GROUP TYPE TWO:non-commercial

schools, government agencies, not-for-profit (incorporated or unincorporated associations).

Rates are valid to 30 June 2020.

Refunds/adjustmentsRegular hirer’s customer accounts are adjusted for refunds accordingly. A full refund applies if written notification of cancellation is provided and received at least 10 business days prior to booking. No refund may be applied if less than 10 business days written notification of cancellation is received.

City of Gold Coast is permitted to vary fees or offer refunds in accordance with normal business practice. This includes application of periodical promotional discounts.
