Our Vision: Electrica Serv is one of the most powerful and competitive suppliers for electric power services in Romania, aiming to become an important competitor on the extern market. Our Mission is to perform high quality services, which should meet the requirements of all clients’ categories, aiming to provide permanent power supply to the electrical energy consumers, in a context of maximum efficiency and environmental protection. Our main activity: Electrica Serv’ main object of activity is to execute maintenance and repair works for power distribution and transport grids and installations (110 kV); to supply various services and to perform investment works in the energy sector.

Electrica Serv History

S.C. Maintenance and Electric Power Services Branch Electrica Serv S.A. is legally, a dynamic structure. It benefits of more than 120 years expertise performing, under various organizational structures and shapes, maintenance works and services for the energy sector, since the beginning of its development.

2001: the separation of the electrical power distribution and supply activities from the maintenance, repairs and support activities within Electrica S.A. take place based on HGR 1342/2001; the Maintenance and Electric Power Services Department coordinating 8 Maintenance and Electric Power Services Subsidiaries at regional level is established within Electrica – S.A.

2005: the maintenance and support activities are completely externalized pursuant HGR 74/2005; the ninth branch, legal entity of Electrica – S.A., named S.C. Maintenance and Electric Power Services Branch Electrica Serv - S.A. is founded.

2012: Electrica Serv is reorganized with only 3 subsidiaries (SISE Electrica Transilvania Nord, SISE Electrica Transilvania Sud, SISE Electrica Muntenia Nord) based on HGR 760/2010; five new maintenance and electric power services legal entityes result in Banat, Dobrogea, Moldova, Oltenia and Muntenia areas, with Electrica – S.A. as unique shareholder.

Electrica Serv Structure

From a structural standpoint, Electrica Serv is conceived so that it should cover with priority the volume of works necessary for the maintenance and the development of the power grid and power plants, on the NV, central and SE Romania.

This thing is possible due to its developed and complex territorial infrastructure, based on 3 Maintenance and Electric Power Services Subsidiaries (SISE) with Maintenance and Electric Power Services Agencies at county level, zone centres and working points.

We Sustain the Quality in the Energy Sector

Electrica Serv conducts its business with respect to legislation, standards and regulation regarding The National Power System security. Electrica Serv is certified by ANRE for designing and execution works in the energy sector.

Quality confirmation of Electrica Serv products and services is given by SRAC and IQNet Certification with regard to the Integrated Management System - Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Security, according to the standards SR EN ISO 9001:2008, 14001/2005 and OHSAS 18001/2008. The continuous enhancement of the Integrated Management System - Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Security was defined as a strategic objective for Electrica Serv. The organization’ concern to ensure a high quality level for its services, to prevent and limit the environmental aspects with a significant impact and the aspects which would cause the occurrence of work accidents is manifested in all its activities.
