Peacock Players depends considerably on its volunteers and we ask now for your support. It is expected that the

parents of each cast/crew member volunteer to help in some capacity with this production. Thank you!

The following areas are in need of your time and talent. Please indicate at least ONE and ALL areas of interest:

Box Office Provide general ticketing support on show days. No experience necessary.

Cast Party This role is for the parent who would like to PLAN (not staff) the Cast Party. Details to be

managed include: menu planning, money collection, paper goods, ordering/requesting food, etc.

Costumes Assist our Costume Designer with sewing, costume coordination and possible backstage

assistance during performances.

Front of House These show day duties include ticket checking, ushering, concessions and raffle ticket

sales, and DO NOT impede your ability to watch the show. You will soon receive a sign-up email.

Marketing/Publicity Hang posters in the community and your local schools. Disseminate our approved

press release to local newspapers and/or websites.

Set BuildingNo experience necessarypromise! Lend us a hand on our set construction team.

Tech Week Help During Tech Week, the Sunday through Thursday leading up to Opening Night, we need

all hands on-deck for a variety of last-minute tasks: set build, costumes, cleaning, chair labeling, etc.

If you have theatre-specific experience in the areas of COSTUMING, MAKE-UP, SET BUILD, PROPS, ETC.,please let us know. We will contact you should we have need of your skills. ____________________________
