Cover Version 1.0 This is my first version for my music magazine cover. I have used place holders, as a template for where my real images and text will go.

Cover Version 1.0 My key image is of a girl holding the piano is similar to the one I want to take myself and have the girl aligned to the right, so that the puff (with win) can be on the left with the other headlines.

The splash goes across the whole page so that it stands out. I have also included the masthead which would go behind the girls head , which is why I would move the girl down so that not all of the title is covered up so people can read it.

I have also included the date and issue number ( furniture) at the top.

Double Page Spread Version 1.0

This is my first version for my music magazine double page spread. I have used place holders, as a template for where my real images and text will go.


My key image is of a woman is aligned to the right as a convention of the double page spread . I would have the background of the key image over the whole page and not just in one corner.


I have added the title in a Monotype Corsiva font which is relatable to the classical genre. However I would change the back ground and move the heading up.


My text is set in columns and includes quotes in bigger writing which is a convention.

Contents Page Version 1.0

This is my first version for my music magazine contents. I have used place holders, as a template for where my real images and text will go.


I have placed the title at the top using a pattern of pink colours as this is part of my house style of a coral pink.


I have included dark pink lines that contain the date as this creates a formal and clear style of layout which is good for my target audience, with the date and page number ( furniture). I have also included 3 images which represent the type of images I want to take for my magazine.


I have also chosen the headline font style to fit with my house style as a style with serifs as it is a title so will fit well with the formality, but the body copy is in a sans-serif font as it will be in a small font size.
