General InformationWe are a professional organization licensed, insured and inspected by the State of Illinois through the DuPage County Health Department.• Delivery and State Sales Taxes – Food, beverage services and

equipment rental are subject to Illinois State sales tax. When Corky’s is engaged in the food service aspect, all charges including delivery become taxable. Delivery is available seven days a week from 7am to 7pm. Delivery arrangements can be made before or after these hours and will incur an additional charge.

• Service Charges – Please call for a custom quote.• Gratuities – Tipping is appreciated when service meets or exceeds

your expectations. Gratuities are encouraged, but are left to your discretion.

• Ordering – Place orders a minimum of seventy-two hours in advance of delivery. You may cancel your order by giving us notification 48 hours prior to delivery to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. Specialty items, weddings, rentals and equipment are non-refundable.

• Buffet Set-up – Setup of your buffet by our personnel is 6% of the food cost.

• Customer Pickup – You may pick up your order at our centrally located facility.

• All offers and prices expire 04-01-2020. • All prices based upon minimum 30 guests, unless otherwise noted.
