Parking Lots – U.S. Cellular Field parking lots will open at 11:00am – The fee for parking will be $30 per car for all U.S. Cellular Field lots. Remote Parking is located at IIT 35th and State. Cash or credit cards will be accepted. Please note there will be NO TAILGATING ALLOWED IN ANY U.S. CELLULAR FIELD OR IIT LOTS. After you park your car, you will be required to enter the facility. Please see maps, parking & transportation information on pages 2-4.
FESTIVAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Box Office – Located at Gate 4. It will open at 10am on the show day. The Box Office will only support ticket issues that were purchased via Ticketmaster.com or at the Stadium. If you have purchased your ticket from a non-authorized source (i.e. Stub Hub, Game time, Seat Geek, Vivid Seats, etc.), we will not be supporting any problems that arise.
All tickets were purchased via Ticketmaster mobile or Ticketmaster hard tickets. No ticketfast or paper tickets will be allowed into this event.
THERE WILL BE NO RE-ENTRY INTO THE BALLPARK ONCE YOU HAVE ENTERED. Gates - All Gates will open at 12:00pm. All persons entering the ballpark will be screened. Bag check and metal detector screening is required prior to entry. Failure to consent or submit to inspection will result in denial of entry.

GETTING HERE
We highly recommend that you use Public Transportation as it is easy and affordable.
U.S. CELLULAR FIELD PARKING $30 REMOTE PARKING at IIT
Shuttle buses will run between IIT and McCormick Lot B
(located at 3050 Moe Dr.) starting at 3:00pm
The parking fee at McCormick Lot B will be $15

TRAINS - THE “EL”
Red Line: The ballpark is just a block west of the Sox-35th stop on the CTA Red Line.To get to the Sox-35th stop from the north (including downtown), take a Red Line train toward 95th. From the south, take a Red Line train toward Howard.
Green Line: The ballpark is just three blocks west of the 35th-Bronzeville-IIT stop on the CTA Green Line.To get to the 35th-Bronzeville-IIT stop from the north (including downtown and the West Side), take a Green Line train toward Ashland/63rd or Cottage Grove. From the south, take a Green Line train toward Harlem/Lake. BUSESYou can also use CTA buses #1 Bronzeville/Union Station, #4 Cottage Grove, #24 Wentworth, #29 State, #35 35th (connects with Orange Line and Green Line), #39 Pershing (connects with Orange Line and Green Line) and #44 Wallace/Racine to get to, or within a few blocks of, the ballpark.
METRAU.S. Cellular Field is serviced by Metra’s Rock Island Line. Get off the train at Metra’s 35th Street “Lou” Jones Station and walk to the park.

PACEPace offers direct express bus service to U.S. Cellular Field from six suburban locations.
The six suburban locations are:
Route 773 South Holland/Tinley Park
South Holland, Pace Park-n-Ride. Located at intersection of 167th St. and Canal, south of Pace South Holland Division.
Tinley Park, DeVry University - 18624 W. Creek Dr. Parking is located on NW side of parking lot, near 76th Ave. entrance. Look for Pace U.S. Cellular parking signs. Bus pickup is at bus shelter located on W. Creek Drive.
Route 774 Palos Heights/Oak Lawn
Palos Heights, Palos Heights Metra Station, 11451 Southwest Highway. Bus stop is on the upper level near the station. Look for Pace bus stop sign.
Oak Lawn, Oak Lawn Metra Station, 9525 S. Tulley Ave. Bus stop is at 52nd and Yourell Drive. Parking is free on the Metra parking deck.
Route 775 Bolingbrook/Burr Ridge
Bolingbrook, Pace Park-n-Ride, 120 E. Old Chicago Drive. Illinois 53 (Bolingbrook Dr.) and Old Chicago Drive.
Burr Ridge, Pace Park-n-Ride, McClintock Dr., & Lincolnshire Dr. East of County Line Square Shopping Ctr.
The fare is $4.00 each way per person payable on the bus. Use your Ventra card or exact fare.

UBER – Uber drop-off and pick up will be ONLY in LOT A at U.S. Cellular Field. Lot A is located on S. Wentworth Ave just North of W. 35TH St.
TAXI - Taxis will be allowed to DROP OFF near the ballpark only on S. Wentworth Ave. Taxis will be allowed to PICK UP on W. 35TH ST outside of U.S. Cellular Field.
LIMOUSINE – Limousine DROP-OFF is on S. Wentworth Ave SOUTH of W. 35TH St.Limousines PICKUP is on S. LaSalle St. SOUTH of W. 35TH St.

STREET PARKING RESTRICTIONS – ZONE PARKING PERMITS ONLY
A neighborhood street permit parking program is in effect for all events at U.S. Cellular Field. On-street parking
from W. 29th St to W. 39th (Pershing Ave.), from S. Morgan St. to S. Wentworth Ave. is restricted to White Sox
stadium sticker passes only. Vehicles parked within the restricted zone that do not have a Stadium Sticker pass
will be issued a parking ticket by the Chicago Police Department.
