The goal of this Information letter is to share the release news, technical guide and the known error, etc. The PPT Viewer 2010 will be supported for MagicInfo solution in October 2012. MagicInfo Pro will not be supported in WES7 OS. Windows7 Home edition OS is not supported on all MagicInfo Solution. If the occupation of CPU is higher, power mode will be switched, then the screen will be stopped and played. Solution: SBB-A ( Manufactured before Jan, 2012 )( OS image version:NI_SBAWES16F_1000.1): : Control panel => Power Option => Power Scheme 1. Change from Presentation mode to Always On 2. Change the value of turn off monitor(20 Min) to Never 3. Click OK or Apply 4. EWF commit
