A flow regulator is a component which maintains a constant flow rate independent of line pressure. It automatically compensates for pressure variations

between 1 and 10 bar.


Magic Technologies flow regulators consist of a high precision o-ring and a very accurate housing. The gap between the core of the housing and the o-ring is the open passage for the water flow. As the pressure increases, the o-ring compresses into the housing reducing the water passage area. When the pressure decreases, the o-ring relaxes and reopens the water passage. This mechanism keeps a constant flow rate regardless of pressure variations.

Magic Shower Regulator – MSR 05

½ inch male/female connector equipped with a constant flow regulator.

Flow rates available - 10 ,12 liters/min. To be installed between faucet and flexible hose or between tube and shower head.


Magic in Line Regulator – MLR 05

½ inch male/female connector for faucets.

Equiped with 6 liters/min regulator.

Installed between faucet and wall mount.

Usefull for instantaneous water heaters.


Magic Faucet Regulator – MFR 24/22

A combination of high quality faucet aerator and a constant flow regulator.

Male or female thread.

Flow rate - 6 or 8 liter/minute.


Anti Vandal Faucet Regulator – MFR 24/22 AV

A combination of high quality faucet aerator and a constant flow regulator.

Male or female thread.

Flow rate - 6 or 8 liters/minute.

Installed in a vandal proof sleeve, against removal of the aerator from the faucet without the use of a special key .

Ideal for public and commercial facilities.


Magic Dual Thread Faucet Restrictor – MFRS 24/22

Dual thread (Male and Female) faucet restrictor.

Flow rate – 7 liters per a minute at 3 bars.


Aerator Key

Suitable for full range of faucet aerators, line regulators and shower regulators.

The key facilitates easy installation without scratching the chrome finish.


Retail Packaging

We offer various packaging solutions, suitable for retail sales:

3 items- one MSR 05 shower regulator and 2 MFRS 22/24 faucet restrictors.

4 items- same as the above + aerator key.

“Save –a- Flush” Bag

“Save -a- Flush” is a high quality patented bag designed for use in toillete cisterns.

It saves 1 litre of water (by displacement) per flush.

It does this without impairing the proper working of the cistern, harming the plumbing or effecting water quality.

Fits all WC cistrens of 7 liters and above capacities.

Low cost and lasts for a minimum of 2 years.

Does not impair the efficiency of the system, harm the mechanics, or in any way affect the water supply.


Easy Installation

A. Remove lid from cistern.

B. Lower the bag down into the bottom corner of the cistern and hold immersed for a few seconds.

C. Ensure the bag lies towards the front of the cistern.

D. Allow 1 hour for the bag to expand to full capacity.
