We prattle a lot of God but how many realise for a moment that it is the personal

presence of God at the centre of each which enables him to exist? God is Life. God

Unselfishness is the key unlocking every closed door. Unselfishness is only another

name for love.

Limit your possessions to your ability to use them actively. You should not just sit in

the midst of things. Live in a place where what is about you is in active service. No

ornaments, either pictures or furniture, should be stored away. What can't be

enjoyed daily should be passed on.

The same is true about your jewellery and clothespass them on. Keep things

circulating and they don't die. This is a great truth. Things live and have a character,

as well as people. They absorb your personality and give off your atmosphere and

feeling. That is why you can feel immediately whether the people who live in a place

are fine and hospitable or selfish and cold. Your things talk.

Bring all the joy you can into your own life and let it shine. Gloom is deadly. The path

is upward, the sky is clear and the sun shines. Remember, the sun shines for all of

us. The clouds which lie between are of our own making. One succeeds or fails

because of himself; because he has neither the strong desire, not the courage, nor

the joy of working in his heart. I wish I could make you see what a joy life is. We

cower before a shadow, the shadow of our own doubt. Get more vibrant with life and

you will sweep everything before you. People will be glad to give you all you want or

need. There is nothing as hypnotic as joy. Get and give all you can.
